    LGI homes treats their current Homeowners as if they have no say in their own community. But want leads for a sale. The neighbors are great. It's just Its HOA that sucks. Likes to be a burden to the community. The manager likes to drive around and send his HOA lap dog do his dirty work. Be aware upcoming customers you're just a dollar to them.
